2. Website & Portal Use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under applicable federal, state, and local law to use Carnimore's services. By creating an account or submitting a request, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Carnimore immediately at info@carnimore.com if you suspect any unauthorized access. Carnimore is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account use.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site or portal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the site or portal
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or quote request
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the site or portal
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to acquire firearms or services on behalf of a prohibited person or through a straw purchase

3. Product Orders & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. Carnimore reserves the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice and are confirmed only upon issuance of a written quote or order confirmation.

Product images, renderings, and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Finished products may vary from representations shown on the website due to the custom nature of our work. Carnimore reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Deposits paid on custom orders are non-refundable once work has commenced. Order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy as communicated at the time of order.

4. Firearm Regulations & Buyer Compliance

All firearm-related products and services are offered in strict compliance with applicable federal, state, and local law. As a buyer, you are solely responsible for:

• Understanding and complying with all laws governing firearm purchase, ownership, and use in your jurisdiction
• Providing accurate information required for background checks and transfer documentation
• Ensuring any FFL dealer involved in a transfer is licensed and in good standing
• Complying with any waiting periods, permit requirements, or restrictions applicable in your state

Carnimore will not facilitate any transaction that appears to violate applicable law. We reserve the right to cancel any order and deny service at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the Carnimore portal — including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, product designs, custom finish patterns, build configurations, and software — is the exclusive property of Carnimore or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Carnimore content without prior written permission. Carnimore's name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Carnimore and may not be used without authorization.

Custom firearm designs, Duracoat patterns, and finish work created by Carnimore remain the intellectual property of Carnimore unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers such rights to the customer.

6. User-Generated Content

When you submit content to Carnimore — including quote requests, build specifications, uploaded reference photos, or communications through the portal — you grant Carnimore a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of fulfilling your request and operating our services.

You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you provide, and that your submissions do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights. Carnimore reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we determine is inappropriate at our sole discretion.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our custom-built firearms and services come with product-specific warranties as described in accompanying documentation. Beyond what is explicitly warranted in writing, all services — including the Carnimore website and portal — are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Carnimore does not warrant that the website or portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Carnimore, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website, portal, or services
• Damages arising from the conduct of third parties in connection with our services

Carnimore's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Carnimore in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so the above may not apply to you in full.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Carnimore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you submit to us.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Modifications to Terms

Carnimore reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated date. We may provide additional notice of material changes via email to registered portal users. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
